Please note that the time you receive your order is calculated as follows:

Receipt time = order processing time + logistics transportation time + local delivery time.
Please see the detailed explanation of each stage below.

1. Order processing time:
After payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.

If you need to modify it, please contact us by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. The order cannot be modified beyond this time frame.

We usually process and ship the order within 3 working days.

However, for some custom orders or due to limited inventory, the processing time may be extended to 5 working days.

2. Track the shipment status

After your order is shipped, a shipping notification containing the tracking number and tracking instructions will be sent to the registered email address associated with your order.

To track the delivery status of your package, you can check the progress of your package by clicking on the logistics tracking website and entering the tracking number provided in the email.

If you do not receive any email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

3. Shipping costs:
Standard shipping: $4.99 per order;
Free shipping for orders of 3 items or more.
Available for delivery to most European countries, continental United States (excluding islands), Canada and Australia.

For some countries with higher shipping costs, such as Iceland, Morocco, Vatican City, Montenegro, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the number of items ordered and the destination country. Please refer to the actual cost displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping time:
Germany, UK: 7-10 working days
Other European countries: 10-15 working days
Australia: 8-12 working days
USA: 7-10 working days
Canada: 10-15 working days
Please note:

The time range mentioned is only the shipping time and does not include the local delivery time.
Shipping delays may occur during holidays, Black Friday sales, extreme weather or strikes. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
